Using this website, you agree to comply with and accept the following terms and conditions of use, along with our Privacy Policy.

We respect your autonomy. If you find any of these terms disagreeable, we kindly ask you to refrain from using our service.

1. Access to the Service:

Access to My Dog Paws is free, but some premium features may require registration.

• Some features DO NOT REQUIRE REGISTRATION and are FREE, including:

  • Searching questions
  • Viewing questions asked by other users
  • Browsing public areas of My Dog Paws

• Some features REQUIRE REGISTRATION and are FREE, including:

  • Saving questions asked by other users as favorites
  • Liking a particular question
  • Disliking a particular question
  • Flagging questions as hallucinations

• Some features REQUIRE REGISTRATION and USE IA CREDITS, including:

  • Asking questions to Artificial Intelligence

2. Credits and Questions:

Each question the user asks to Artificial Intelligence uses 1 (one) IA credit.

Searching and viewing previously asked questions do not use IA credits.

As a promotional launch offer and for a limited time:

• Each registered user is granted 5 IA credits for free.

• Each registered user is granted 2 IA credits monthly for free.

IA credits allow users to ask AI questions. Users can only ask questions if they have a positive balance of IA credits.

Users can purchase IA credits if needed. During this initial phase, they should contact us via the contact form for this purpose.

IA credits cannot, under any circumstances, be converted into money and are solely for asking AI questions.

3. Content Generated by AI (Artificial Intelligence):

Information provided by the AI (answer to the question) may include hallucinations. Hallucinations are unexpected or unlikely results generated by the AI system.

The answers generated are solely for entertainment and should not be considered 100% accurate and/or used in critical situations.

Users should only ask the AI questions related to the theme of the "My Dog Paws" site.

All questions undergo an AUTOMATIC moderation system that evaluates whether the question is related to the site's theme.

If the AUTOMATIC moderation system determines that the question is off-topic:

• The IA credit for asking the question is deducted from the user's account.
• The question and its answer will not be displayed or stored.

Users should carefully check the question before submitting it to the AI to minimize the chances of it failing the moderation system.

IA credits used in a question, whether related to the site's theme or any other topic, will not be refunded under any circumstances. Asking a question always incurs operational costs in our system.

4. Service Availability:

The service may only be available occasionally. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to My Dog Paws.

5. Limitation of Liability:

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data.

By using My Dog Paws, you understand and agree to these terms.

These terms may be updated periodically, and it is the user's responsibility to review them regularly.
